System Analyst/Internal Product Coördinator

For one of the world's most innovative audio companies near Hasselt, I am looking for a System Analyst/Internal Product Coordinator.

Since the 1980s, this family-owned company has been offering industrial and professional audio systems. Over the years, they have grown from a shop to a wholesaler and from a wholesaler to a manufacturer. Even today, their growth story continues. They are currently active in 109 countries.

As a System Analyst, you will serve as the link between various departments and assist in the development and launch of innovative audio products. You are passionate about audio systems and eager to leverage your technical background in a communicative role.

You will work closely with the R&D department and other teams to successfully bring new products to market. You will translate technical requirements into clear, structured documentation and ensure alignment across all stakeholders in the process.

• Act as a bridge between R&D, marketing, and customer service to ensure clear and consistent communication about new products.

• Gather and translate technical and functional requirements into clear specifications.

• Prepare product sheets, technical manuals, and other documentation essential for product launches.

• Facilitate collaboration across departments and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

• Provide input for market analysis and translate these insights into concrete product requirements.

• Offer technical support based on your knowledge and experience, without being directly involved in programming or designing.

• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (IT, engineering)

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical role (developer, technical writer, functional analyst, or L2 customer service in the AV sector).

• Knowledge of and/or affinity with audio systems is essential

• Ability to convey complex ideas in a simple and clear manner

• Experience in structuring and documenting technical information is a plus
