MARITIME - Are you someone passionate about precision and adventure? For an international player active in dredging, offshore energy and large-scale infrastructure projects, we are seeking a Surveyor. You will be working in a high-tech environment on projects such as offshore wind farms, subsea cable laying and challenging dredging operations worldwide.
Your role
As a Surveyor, you are the key figure in executing and monitoring all hydrographic and topographic measurements. You will install and calibrate survey equipment, and ensure that the data collected is accurate and reliable. You will process and interpret these data using advanced software such as QINSy and multibeam sonar, and turn the results into clear maps, analyses and reports essential for project teams. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to monitor progress and ensure that the projects are executed safely, efficiently and with high quality. You must be willing to be deployed globally and accept rotations such as 2:1 for dredging projects or 1:1 for offshore operations. You will be deployed on a variety of projects worldwide, with current needs in the North Sea, the Middle East and Asia. Depending on the project phase, you may work both offshore and onshore.

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, geomatics / surveying or a similar discipline, ideally with a specialization in surveying
- Experience (min. 3 years) with hydrographic and/or offshore projects as surveyor is a must
- Knowledge of modern survey techniques and software (experience with QINSy is a plus but not mandatory)
- Flexible mindset and willingness to travel globally in a rotational system
- EU passport (contractual requirement)
- Strong analytical skills, precision and communication ability
