For a company specializing in cutting-edge image processing technology, we are looking for a Global Service Technical Support (Level 3 Support), helping customers worldwide with installations, maintenance, and complex troubleshooting.
Recognized as a global leader in imaging processing across various domains—from material science to life sciences (microbiology, pharmacology, etc.)—this company plays a key role in advancing research. The Ghent department primarily focuses on material studies, including the development of CT scanners used to analyze CO₂ storage in archaeological materials. Their products are widely used in academic and research environments.
As part of an Agile-Scrum team your job will include installation, setup, calibration, and customer training— around the world and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Prefabally, you have som experience with micro CT or scanning equipment or are familiar with imaging techniques.
Profiel
- You have a master degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or physics.
- You are willing to travel
- You have interest or experience in imaging techniques.
