Job Opportunity: (Junior) Sales Specialist

To support their continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Specialist to maintain and expand our existing accounts while developing new business opportunities in collaboration with a dedicated team.


  • Actively seek and develop new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage a customer portfolio, including key accounts.
  • Represent them at trade shows and events in your local market.
  • Implement pricing, margin, and product strategies aligned with a long-term growth plan.
  • Create and deliver sales and profit budgets.
  • Address technical and regulatory inquiries from customers with support from partners’ R&D/technical teams and our regulatory department.
  • Share market insights with the Sales and Business Development teams regarding new business opportunities, competitor strategies, market trends, and product development.


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a commercial B2B role.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant economic or scientific discipline; experience in a regulated market is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in German and/or French for customer and partner interactions.
  • Strong "hands-on" and "can-do" mentality.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Team player who can also work independently to achieve targets.
  • Energetic and down-to-earth personality, contributing positively to our team environment.
