Multisite Inventory Manager

FMCG – Frozen fries… chances are they’ve been on your plate more than once. Behind their production is an international organization where reliable forecasting is essential to daily operations.
As Multisite Inventory Manager, you will coordinate and improve the technical stockrooms across the production sites in Mouscron, Nieuwkerke and Dunkirk. These stockrooms hold spare parts and maintenance materials. Working closely with Maintenance, Production and Procurement, you will review the entire stockroom flow, from receipt and storage to issuing parts and replenishment, and establish consistent ways of working across sites. You will analyse inventory data, improve stock accuracy and ensure the availability of critical spare parts. You will also manage the local stockroom managers, who supervise their own teams, combining process improvement with oversight of daily operations.
You have experience in inventory and stockroom management within a production environment, with a strong ability to understand processes and identify practical improvements. You are organized, independent and comfortable working with ERP/WMS systems and different stakeholders. Technical knowledge of spare parts can be learned, but curiosity and a willingness to develop this knowledge are essential. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus. You are willing to travel regularly between sites.

Profiel
- You have experience in stockroom, warehouse, inventory or supply chain management.
- You have strong organisational skills and a focus on process improvement and inventory optimisation.
- You are comfortable using ERP and/or WMS systems and taking a data-driven approach.
- You are analytical, independent and results-oriented.
- You collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders and communicate fluently in English and French, both verbally and in writing, Dutch is a plus.
- You are willing to travel regularly between European sites.
