--transparency regarding impact on maintenance structure and cost (resources and prices)
--align with the bizdevops teams, collect input and build up a strategy for future expansion
-deliver a basis framework using chosen tools (examples below)
-insert a basis set of tests that run automatically on a regular frequency and ad hoc
-Our application landscape consists of API's, web based application and native client software.
 

-Gherkin scripting/authoring for regression test conversion into Cucumber
-Java coding for step definition authoring and execution
-REST Assured Library (API test integration)
-Selenium WebDriver (GUI testing and Selenium Box Integration - Packaged Selenium Grid)
-Jenkins and Groovy script pipeline language
-JIRA & JIRA X-Ray (Test Case Management)
