As an EPIC Owner you take the responsibility of the full lifecycle of the epic (startup- preliminary study- implementation- roll out and adoption) You create the epic description (one pager, hypothesis, leading indicators, feature groups ...) and business case for approval of the epic.

You will slice the epic in collaboration with the product management teams. You will create of an epic roadmap and align with product management on the commitment of interfaces in the different Value Streams / Trains / Teams. You do the follow up and reporting of the value delivery of the epic.

You will participate in system demos This assignment takes place in a context where we are already running Agile and SAFe for a few years now, so a deep understanding of these concepts is key.

• In depth knowledge of Agile and SAFe

• In depth knowledge of Financial and Portfolio processes.

• You have coaching skills to convince people and have a listening ear for their needs

• You function well in a complex environment, which requires a lot of coordination with various parties involved.

• Team player Good knowledge of English and Dutch (Dutch is not a blocking requirement)
