For our client, a global leading manufacturer of water treatment systems, I am looking for an International Sales Engineer (Africa, Asia, Europe and America).
As an International Sales Engineer, you are mainly responsible for expanding your market in Africa, Asia, Europe and America. You ensure that you are always up to date with developments within the market and, as the first point of contact, you are the person who will identify the customer's needs. With your technical background in engineering, you can discuss the possibilities in detail in order to arrive at a suitable solution. Furthermore, you are also responsible for negotiating contracts and the commercial follow-up of the entire project. In this position, you will be in contact with a wide range of clients including chemicals, breweries, food production, agriculture, governments, dairy, etc. You will be present at your clients' premises for up to 90% of the time.
Profiel
- You're fluent in English (any other languages are a plus)
- You have a master in industrial engineering
- You have at least 6 years of international business development experience
- A network in food, beverage, agriculture or chemical industry is a plus
- You are able to travel up to 90% of your time
- You have experience in selling turn-key environmental solutions
