As the Principal Frontend Developer you are a central figure in the Product & Engineering team who brings the frontend architecture to the next level, coaches team members to elevate their frontend skills and makes sure our application is automatically tested. At our scale, product development moves very quickly so expect a high-pace environment.
This is what you will be doing:
- You own the frontend technology architecure and automated test architecture in close cooperation with the Engineering Manager.
- You are responsible that frontend development can scale while maintaining quality.
- You will design and implement a new automated test framework architecture.
- You actively develop fullstack features and automated tests.
- You aren’t shy to work on backend and cloud infrastructure when needed.
- You are part of a multidisciplinary, agile team and you report to the Engineering Manager
Profiel
- You have at least 8+ years of experience of which 4 years in a product organization in a development role.
- You have an analytical mind and are a real problem solver
- You live and breathe React.js.
- You have experience with frontend test automation.
- You are willing to work in .NET as a backend technology.
- A good working proficiency of Dutch. You can have a professional conversation in English since that is our internal language.
Amazing bonus points if:
- You master both React and .NET.
- You have experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- You have experience with mobile app development.
