Freelance Application Expert
Uitkijkend naar een nieuw uitdagend project in Gent en Brussel?Beschrijving
You will become the cloud application expert for Finance and you’ll support the project team in the
different phases of the project:
- Testing: You will support your colleagues in running test cases in the application and
documenting them where necessary. You give support in logging defects, you communicate
with the external implementation consultant and do the initial testing of bug fixes. You will
ensure that the test plan is up to date and provide daily updates on progress and key issues
to the Test coordinator.
- Training: In collaboration with the Project Manager, the Change Manager and the internal
Training team, you do the initial preparations for the training material that will be used for
training the testers and end-users. You supervise the project members in completing the
training material and you ensure correctness, readability and completeness. You assist in the
practical organisation of classroom training and in the preparation of digital training. You are
prepared to make your own training videos and to give training sessions yourself. You will
ensure that the training plan is up-to-date and provide weekly updates on progress to the
Project Manager and Change Manager.
- You provide support to the project team and, as far as possible, you look for solutions
yourself.
- You report to the Project Manager on progress and escalate any problems if you cannot solve
them yourself.
Profiel
- You have Bachelor's degree in a financial field.
- You have a first working experience.
- You have an affinity with software applications.
- You can think analytically, are persistent in finding the cause of a (software) problem and in
obtaining a solution.
- You are helpful, customer-oriented and have a healthy dose of patience.
- You like tidy administration and enjoy working in a project team.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
- You are prepared to travel to Ghent and Brussels several times a week.
