Beschrijving

Our client, a Belgian family business in the construction sector, is currently looking for a Data Engineer.

The family business was founded some 90 years ago and has since grown into a company of almost 2,000 employees and turns over 900 million in turnover.

They are currently setting up a whole new AI section for which they are looking for an ambitious Data Engineer. In this role, you will work on our client's digital strategy and develop reliable data solutions that make an impact. You will build data pipelines, manage databases, analyse data and create dashboards with Power BI. Collaborating with different teams and ensuring data integrity are essential.

You will be part of their 15-member IT team. Here, you will work from the office in Sint-Niklaas, but can also work flexibly from home.

Profiel

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least three years' work experience as a Data Engineer.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with data analysis tools, ETL processes and visualisation tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving and strong communication skills.
